What these prices cover
White Glove Telemedicine handles the practice side of telehealth: what each state allows, prescribing after the DEA rules change, policies and consent, registrations, vendors and the calendar that keeps it all current. Clinician licenses, DEA registration filings, payer enrollment and claims are handled by the White Glove sister teams; tell us what you need on the form and we coordinate it. We are not a law firm, and our research is delivered for your counsel to review.
Launch and expansion
Telehealth Launch Blueprint
$4,950 per service line
One service line, up to five states. We set out the care model, check prescribing feasibility state by state, choose the vendor stack and write the 90-day launch plan, with the licenses and registrations each state needs.
50-State Telehealth Matrix
$2,950 per service line
For one service line, every state's rules on modality, establishing the relationship, consent, asynchronous care, prescribing limits and telehealth registrations, each with its citation. Research for your counsel to review, not a legal opinion.
Each Additional Matrix Service Line
$1,250 per service line
Adding a second service line to a matrix we have already built for you. The state framework is shared, so each extra line costs less.
State Expansion Pack
$595 per state
One more state added to a blueprint or matrix: the rules, the registrations, the consent and prescribing differences, and what has to change in your workflow before the first visit there.
Prescribing and compliance
DEA Telemedicine Readiness
$1,450 one-time
The temporary DEA flexibilities end Dec 31, 2026. We map which of your patients and prescribers are affected, which rule each prescription will rely on after that date, the registrations you need, and the PDMP and recordkeeping workflow. Refreshed at no charge when the final rule publishes.
Telehealth Policies & Consent Kit
$1,950 one-time
State-specific consent forms, identity and location verification, emergency protocols, asynchronous workflow, recordkeeping and prescribing policies, written for your practice and delivered ready for your counsel to review.
Telehealth Registration Filing
$395 per clinician, per state
Florida, Arizona, Delaware, Vermont and the other states with a telehealth-specific registration or license for out-of-state physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. We prepare and file it and track the renewal.
Counsel-Ready Structure Packet
$950 one-time
For a friendly-PC or MSO structure, we gather the facts, the state corporate-practice rules and the documents your lawyer needs, so counsel spends their hours on the structuring itself.
Operations
Platform, Pharmacy & Lab Selection
$2,450 one-time
Requirements, a shortlist, demo scorecards and a contract checklist covering the business associate agreement, data ownership, state coverage and exit terms, for your video platform, pharmacy partners and lab network.
Service-Line Pivot Package
$3,950 per service line
Moving a program to a new service line, for example away from compounded GLP-1s: a prescribing matrix for the new line, a pharmacy sourcing checklist, and an inventory of your marketing claims checked against FDA's warning letters, for your counsel to review.
Remote Patient Monitoring Program Setup
$5,950 one-time
Device vendor, enrollment and consent, staff workflows, documentation templates for the 2026 codes, and a self-check against the measures OIG uses to flag RPM programs. Claims go to your billing team.
Staying current
Medicare 2027 Cliff Plan
$1,450 one-time
Medicare's telehealth flexibilities run through Dec 31, 2027. We sort your Medicare telehealth visits into those that continue and those that stop, plan the in-person visits, and draft what to tell patients.
Compliance Calendar & Rule Watch
$495 per month
Every registration, renewal and rule change for your states and service lines on one calendar, with a monthly briefing on what changed and what you need to do about it.
Important Fee Notice
(Prices above do not include the following)
The prices listed above are our service fees only. Costs paid directly to third parties are set by those agencies and vendors and change from time to time, so we confirm them at intake:
- State telehealth registration fees: set by each state; some charge nothing, others charge per registration and again at renewal.
- Registered agent fees: where a state requires an in-state registered agent for an out-of-state clinician.
- DEA and state controlled-substance registration fees: paid to DEA and to state agencies. The filings themselves are handled by our sister teams.
- Legal fees: for your counsel's review of a matrix, policies or a corporate structure.
- Vendor costs: video platforms, pharmacies, labs, RPM devices and their setup fees.
- Licenses and payer enrollment: quoted by the White Glove sister team that handles them.
