Before the first visit, someone has to decide which states you will serve, how patients will be seen, what can be prescribed where, which platform, pharmacy and lab you will use, and which licenses and registrations each clinician needs. The blueprint answers all of it for one service line in up to five states, and turns it into a 90-day plan.
Who it is for: Practices adding telehealth, and founders launching a virtual-first service line.
What's included
- Care model: synchronous, asynchronous or both, and where each is allowed
- Prescribing feasibility for the service line in each state, including controlled-substance limits
- Licenses, telehealth registrations and DEA registrations each clinician needs, state by state
- Consent, identity and location requirements for each state
- Vendor stack: video platform, EHR, pharmacy, lab and what each contract must cover
- A 90-day launch plan with owners and dependencies
Clinician licenses, DEA registration filings and payer enrollment are filed by the White Glove sister teams; we coordinate them from the plan.
Questions
- Do you need our clinicians already licensed?
- No. The blueprint tells you which licenses and registrations each clinician needs in each state. Our sister teams can file them, or your own staff can.
- What if we want more than five states?
- Each additional state is a State Expansion Pack. Many clients start with five states and add more once the first ones are running.
